Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Caplexus Capital, our services are designed to be highly customized, strategic, and delivered with a deep focus on client objectives and market nuances. Given the specialized nature of our work and the intellectual effort involved, we maintain a clear and strict No Refund Policy across all offerings.


1. No Refunds – All Payments Are Final

All payments made to Caplexus Capital are non-refundable, under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Advisory and consulting retainers
  • Project-based services or milestone-driven work
  • Pitch deck and investor document creation
  • Research reports and due diligence deliverables
  • Training programs, workshops, or webinars
  • Strategic mentorship or capital advisory sessions

Once payment is processed and service is initiated, no refund requests will be entertained, regardless of client dissatisfaction, change in business requirements, or service discontinuation.


2. Service Exchange Policy

While monetary refunds are not provided, in select cases and at the sole discretion of Caplexus Capital, we may offer a one-time service exchange of equivalent value. This applies only in situations where:

  • The originally agreed service is undeliverable due to internal constraints
  • The client requests a pivot in scope before any delivery has begun
  • Exchange is feasible without significant deviation from our core offerings

All such exchanges must be formally requested in writing within 5 working days from the date of payment and are subject to approval by the leadership team.

Please note: Service exchanges are not guaranteed and will not be applicable once any part of the original service has been delivered.


3. Cancellation Terms

Clients may choose to cancel upcoming or recurring service engagements. However:

  • Cancellations do not entitle the client to a refund.
  • Any deliverables in progress or completed will be considered fully billable.
  • Retainer clients are required to notify cancellation at least 7 days in advance of the next billing cycle.

4. Events, Webinars, or Training Programs

For any paid learning initiatives conducted by Caplexus Capital:

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows.
  • If an event is cancelled by us, a rescheduled session or service credit will be provided.
